Order processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Switzerland Shipping Policy
Shipping within Switzerland is Free if
Small Package : 0 to 1 kg Free Shipping
If weight is 2 kg or more shipping costs goes up starting from 7 to 20 CHF
Once the Order and Payment have been received, we will ship the item out and email you all the necessary information like Tracking your parcel.
Europe Shipping Policy
Shipping rates within Europe
Small Package : 0 to 1 kg costs 26 CHF (Please use currency converter to see amount in your currency)
If package above 2 kg shipping cost goes up starting at 40 CHf
Once the Order and Payment have been received, we will ship the item out and email you all the necessary information like Tracking your parcel.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping Oversea Rate
Small Package : 0 to 1 kg costs 33 CHF (Please use currency converter to see amount in your currency)
If package above 2 kg shipping cost goes up starting at 50 CHf
Once the Order and Payment have been received, we will ship the item out and email you all the necessary information like Tracking your parcel.
Shipping Time Estimate
Shipping within Europe approximately 3 - 5 Days
International Shipping approximately 1 to 3 weeks depending on destination.
More exact data will be provided after purchase and shipping process has been done. Please remember this is only an estimate and we can't take responsability for any additional timing needed.
Custom, Duties and Taxes
Regenassart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsability of the customer (taroffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Regenassart is not liable for any prodcuts damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the postal service to file a claim.
Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
